The Canadian Bar Association, BC Branch (CBABC), located in downtown Vancouver has a Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Community Section (SOGIC). As noted in a legislative memo in Jan 2020, SOGIC has requested LGBTQ2SI+ competency training in the Professional Legal Training Course.
